I just noticed tonight that I have quite a large selection of blankets in my house.  I love big soft and warm blankets and every time that I find them on sale I buy them.  I am pretty partial to my micro fleece one that I bought last year because it is like covering up with stuffed animals.

I made my own fleece blankets the year before last using the tying method where you just cut slits in 2 of the same size pieces of fleece and then tie them together, they were really nice until I washed and dried them. As soon as I dried them the fleece kind of balled up and it made the blankets not as soft and definitely not as attractive! If you have fleece just make sure not to dry it, hang it up or something like that instead.
