Monday morning we had to attend court for my brother because he was suing the Forest Township hall which is where he had his wedding reception, he was just trying to get his deposit back from them. We had to be there at 1:30 in the afternoon and so my hubby and I tried to go to bed at 4:00 am to ensure that we could get up on time. We could not fall asleep so we just decided to stay up all day. It was about 10:00 am when we were watching a movie and it sounded like someone was trying to open the door and my dog Lexi went a little crazy. We figured it might be the mail lady, but then my hubby said that there was some guy running away from our porch. My hubby ran after him and yelled at him and the guy did not stop or turn back so my hubby grabbed the phone and started chasing after him in the car while on the phone with 911.

The police finally caught up with my husband and the guy who had been with a girl. The guy took off as soon as he seen the cop, leaving his girlfriend there to be arrested. The girl told the police officer everything about the guy and the officer said that he was going to charge them both with attempted breaking and entering.

Ever since then I have felt a little more unsafe than before. I wish that we just had enough money to walk away from this house and move to the country or something. I want to get away from here, especially now.
