I am going to rant a little because I had my Memorial Day cookout and a few of the people that said that they were coming for sure did not show up.  I do not care if things happen and people cannot show up for whatever reason, but give me a call!  It really sucks too because I always buy enough food for that amount of people and then I end up spending money that I did not need to spend.  Why do people not have the common courtesy to just give me a call when they are not going to show up?

The worst one was my hubby’s friend who lives down the street.  My hubby even went down there to remind him and he still didn’t come.  It is not even a block away, there was no excuse except he just didn’t feel like it.  I won’t be talking to that guy any time soon.
