I need some kind of new do for the summer.  I did red with blond streaks over the winter, but I want lighter hair now that summer is actually here.  I am not a huge fan of spending like $100.00 to get my hair done by a beautician, but I have done colors out of the box so many times that I think my hair is angry with me.  Why does it have to be so expensive to get it done?
