O.K. since the last thing I wrote about was my Thanksgiving dinner, I have to tell you it went really well, even my timing!  I made garlic red skin mashed potatoes, and they were perfect!  Everything was pretty easy, the turkey was awesome but that is always easy to cook since the invention of the bag right?  I do not actually stuff the turkey I just made the Stove Top on the side.  His mom and her man and his sister had a good time, we all played cards for awhile before they went home.  I love having a successful get together.
