When we try to eat healthier, there is usually a lot of Subway sandwiches involved, but also McDonald’s chicken sandwiches and wraps. I am not a huge fan of the carbs that come in that tiny wrap, so I just order one of those chicken sandwiches. He orders a couple of the snack wraps which I do not think would even fill up a 1 year old kid. I know that you are not supposed to eat to get full, but if I eat a chicken wrap I end up hungrier than when I started.
