I keep seeing these commercials saying that if you need money you can sell structured settlement payments, so I wanted to find out more about this. What I found was it is like when you sue someone and they are instructed to pay you X amount for so long, you can sell it to a company and get a lump sum instead of waiting. This is all well and good if you have a settlement, but I do not. I wish I did!
