A house is not a home until you put at least $10,000 worth of repair junk on it I swear.  I have been wanting to sell this house for a very long time, but once I get the new roof on it, the new siding and the new furnace I don’t think I am going to want to move anymore.  When I started fixing one thing it would make another thing look horrible or break something else, so it is a never ending money pit.  I am not sure why I wanted to own instead of renting so bad?
